About The Role

You’ll work closely with various teams, including Operations (Clients & Support), the Training Operations Manager, and all coordinators (Venue, Shopping, and Rostering). Your role will involve overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and inductions, managing rostering and budget allocations, and assisting in major event planning and preparation.

Your mission will be to create and implement strategies that ensure seamless, efficient, and effective operations while prioritising employee engagement, satisfaction, and development. You will lead by example, championing the company’s vision, mission, and values to shape a positive organisational culture where every team member feels valued, empowered, and motivated.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and People-Centric Management:

Lead the development and execution of strategic, people-focused procedures that support the company’s vision, mission, and values. Create and implement strategies to ensure seamless, efficient, and effective operations while prioritising employee engagement, satisfaction, and development.

Recruitment, Onboarding, and Inductions:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a thorough and efficient onboarding experience. Oversee inductions to ensure all new hires are fully integrated and aligned with the company’s standards and culture.

Rostering and Budget Management:

Oversee roster and budget allocations to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain and monitor coordination level KPIs to align with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

Act as a key liaison between the Head of Operations and operational teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational plans align with broader business objectives.

Crisis Management and Problem Resolution:

Employ problem-solving skills to address personnel challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the company’s activities.

Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in an operations and people management role.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in overseeing rostering processes and budget allocations.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in leading significant projects and change management initiatives.
