Job Description –
- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Asset Management (AM), and Cash Management (CM).
- Proven experience in leading testing efforts for PeopleSoft FSCM projects, including creating test strategies, plans, and test cases.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Developing test strategies, plans, and schedules for testing activities.
- Allocating resources (both human and technical) effectively for testing projects.
- Ensuring that test cases are executed according to the defined test plan.
- Tracking and managing defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
- Providing regular status reports, test metrics, and progress updates.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to testing activities.
- Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies.
