The Role
We’re currently looking for a Performance and Strategy Coordinator who will drive organisational performance improvement by providing high level analysis, monitoring and advice on performance against KPIs and service measures within the JHFMHN Strategic Plan and Service Agreement with the NSW Ministry of Health.

The first step is to submit your resume and answers to the following selection criteria: * Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or post graduate qualifications in a relevant health and/or management discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic and business planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and facilitating performance framework management or service agreements.
  • Demonstrated high level skills in data analysis, performance reporting, and project management.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and oral communication skills with proven capacity to liaise and negotiate with staff at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated advanced written communication skills with experience in writing a variety of documents including project plans, service plans, facility plans briefing notes, reports and reviews.
  • Demonstrated advanced capability in the use of computer word processing, spread sheet, database, and reporting software.
  • Demonstrated highly developed organisational skills with ability to deliver outcomes independently and as part of a team within stated timeframes
