Performance Improvement Advisor

• Provide Advisor support or represent as a SME for initiative rollouts across Assessing & Supply Chain as required

The role of the Performance Improvement Advisor is to support the successful delivery of the Assessing & Supply Chain Program of Work (PoW). The PoW will see a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives identified through performance insight reporting, QA outcomes, IRIIS actions, claim reviews, regulatory requirements, customer, and department feedback.The role will play a vital part assisting the Senior Performance Improvement Advisor (SPIA) with PoW initiative delivery. Providing wide-ranging levels of support including but not limited to, process deep dives, review, design, and implementation of solutions to improve our customer and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities to improve productivity, reduce cost, enhance customer experience or employee engagement
• Identification and management of initiative dependencies across action owners providing the necessary forward insights planning to maintain progress
• Support the SPIA through developing key relationships with our stakeholder group enabling an effective delivery and change management of the PoW actions
• Identify and apply the appropriate governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure successful delivery and alignment with Home Claims Customers goals and standards
• Contribute to a positive risk management culture through championing IRIIS entries and develop initiatives to address areas of opportunity.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years insurance experience (mandatory)
• High degree of claims process and systems knowledge (mandatory)
• Previous experience working in improvement initiatives for Home Claims Customers (Desired)
• Previous experience in coaching and development capability (desired)
• Change management capability
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
