Performance Test Analysts

• All experience levels welcome
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory, Baseline security clearance preferred
• 12 months + ext contract from July

One of our federal government clients has released a large requirement for a range of Performance Test Analysts and Test Manager.
They are seeking suitable candidates from all over Australia in the following skill sets:

• Junior Performance Analysts
• Performance Analysts
• Senior Performance Analysts
• Performance Technical Lead
• Performance Test Manager

As a summary, all the roles will require:

• Applied understanding of test performance tools and languages, including but not limited to NeoLoad and LoadRunner.
• Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring staff.
• Experience with differing delivery methodologies including but not limited to Agile, Waterfall and Devops.
• An ISTQB certificate is not mandatory, but an added bonus if you do hold one.

For the more senior levels, it is expected candidates will have:

• Three - Six years experience in Performance Testing or quality assurance role.
• Two (2) years or more experience in leading or managing a team.
