Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive performance testing with a focus on API and microservice performance.
- Analyze and understand the components and architecture of APIs, microservices, and API gateways.
- Identify performance issues and provide expert recommendations for performance tuning.
- Implement performance testing strategies using Gatling and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration using Jenkins.
- Leverage cloud concepts and Git commands to optimize performance testing processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide insights and updates on performance testing activities.
- 10+ years of experience in performance testing, with at least 5 years focused on API and microservice performance testing.
- In-depth understanding of API, microservice, and API gateway architectures.
- Experience in the banking sector is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
- Proficiency in using Git commands.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Gatling for performance testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
