You will be responsible for
- Creating and maintaining a fun, safe, healthy, productive, and effective learning environment.
- Creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, carers, and staff.
- Assisting to develop and implement an educational program, achieving quality learning outcomes informed by the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and National Quality Standard, Child Safe Standards.
- Establishing and furthering strong links with our local community.
- Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices.
The successful candidate will have
- Be actively working towards completion or hold an Early Years Education & Care qualification, have a working knowledge of the New Quality Framework, VEYLDF and NQS, Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- An effective communicator
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high quality care & the desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative, and focused team.
The successful applicant
This position is full-time (4 days a week 36 hours) or casual position; however, this can be a more flexible arrangement for the successful applicant.
