Registered Nurse
- Role: Permanent Full Time
- Start: ASAP
- Roster: Flexibility to accommodate a diverse schedule, including night and weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating client care needs, encompassing assessment, case management, and the development of Care Plans.
- Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments.
- Providing guidance and supervision to Care Assistants.
- Collaborating with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Mandatory Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- AHPRA registration.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Flexibility for a varied roster, including night and weekend shifts.
- Solid clinical knowledge.
- Proficiency in computer and mobile device skills.
- Hourly Rate: $40 - $49 P/h (experience-dependent)
