We are searching for a high-energy, recruiter who can recognise opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. You will be filling internal roles for all of the companies within the Johns Lyng Group as well as developing business with external organisations. Managing internal stakeholders and external recruitment functions on a national basis, this role will lean on the Johns Lyng Group’s leadership team for the development and refinement of systems, processes and tools dedicated to delivering a sound business operation. There is an excellent sales platform and support in place to ensure your success.
Being able to work towards deadlines under tight timeframes, the drive to meet challenges and effectively work as part of a team, will contribute greatly towards the successful outcomes on your projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help drive customer engagement and service
- Develop strong relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Over time, learn how to develop your network to assist sales and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal departments on projects end-to-end
