Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.
Being a global organisation managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.
The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Permits & Accreditation Officer to join our Global Fleet Management team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Design & Innovation, you will provide centralised management and support for equipment compliance tasks in the Permits & Accreditations space. You will manage and maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and Accreditations for Toll Group's operations in accordance with local, regional, and national regulations.
As the Permits & Accreditations Officer, you will:
Administer equipment permits & accreditations including Performance Based Standards (PBS), National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) and Main Roads WA, road access and other related Permits and Accreditations
Administer and set new equipment compliance schedules required under permit or accreditation requirements
Record & investigate data to ensure compliance
Liaise with government and other regulatory agencies as needed
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand operations and requirements for all programs that for part of the Regulatory requirements. This includes EWD, user guide for driver, mass reports setups
Ad hoc administrative/data entry duties as required (i.e. purchase orders)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in transport compliance highly desirable
Experience in administrative role
Understanding of National Heavy Vehicle regulations, standards, practices and policies highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
