Personal Assistant - Store Operations

An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations team, based in Minchinbury.

Supporting and reporting to the Store Operations Director (DSO), this position will be challenging, with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a diverse role and be in contact with multiple stakeholders.

What does the role look like?

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Store Operations Director
• Maintaining an overview of the Director's portfolio of work, providing input, and being involved in daily decisions
• Assist in the creation/preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and publications
• Compile and present financial data and other reports as requested
• Liaising with external service providers

What we need from you?

• Minimum 3 years of PA/EA experience desirable
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Excellent attention to detail in all scopes of work
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and across multiple projects at the one time and adapt to changing circumstances at short notice
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Ability to make logical decisions and promptly action outstanding issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use initiative, be proactive and think 'outside the square'

This role reports to the Director - Store Operations.
