The Role
An exciting opportunity to support Bellevue Gardens, our Port Macquarie village and provide high quality Personal Care services to residents.
What you will do
Ensure that the daily Personal Care needs of residents are met
Respond to call outs and wake up calls
Provide a caring, safe and healthy environment for residents and visitors.
Monitor health and well-being of residents and report to the Village Manager or Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator any variations/deteriorations.
Change resident’s bed linen weekly
Provide prompt response to emergency calls and assistance
Build and maintain a relationship of trust and respect where we enable our residents to live their life at the fullest.
What we like about you
Experience in caring for mature aged persons
Current First-Aid and CPR Certificate
Cert 3 in Aged Care
You are positive, energetic, hands on and a compassionate person
