We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants or Support Workers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Personal Care and assistance to residents or clients.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supervising/Prompting medications (if required)
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment for individuals in need.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Compassionate, patient, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
