There is 24/7 RN and PCW support on hand allowing residents to truly age in a place with a breadth of care services including palliation and end-of-life care. The Henley has a small aged care floor, so recent aged care experience is essential. These services are underpinned by three guiding principles: individuality, independence, and flexibility, ensuring residents have full control over decisions and how to live their own lives. The staff at The Henley are more than just employees, they're a genuine part of the resort community.
Qualifications & experience
- Cert III or Cert 4 In Aged Care or Community Care
- Current National Police Check
- Recent Community Care / Aged Care experience
- Current Car Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality of personal care and individual support to our Residents
- Deliver exceptional customer service for our residents, families, and contracted external providers
- Work closely with our Clinical Team, Case Managers, Care Business Manager, General Manager, and Resort Manager.
