What You’ll Do and Who You Are
The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few character traits you should have from the get-go.

Must Haves
Minimum Certificate III or IV Individual Support, Disability or Community.
- 12 Months of experience as a Personal Support Worker/AIN.
- PEG Feeding experience.
- Medication Assistance training.
- Manual Handling - Hoist and slide sheet experience.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Ability to monitor the well-being of the participant reporting and documenting on shift.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
Driver’s license.
First Aid and CPR Certificate.
National Police Check.
NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate.
100 points of Identification.
Attending training as required.
