Personal Carer Traineeship | BlueCare Community Care
- Employment Status: Permanent Part time positions offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight, with flexible work times available
- Location: Surrounding areas of Bribie Island
- Remuneration: $29.29 p/hr + 11% Super + Not for Profit Tax Benefits (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Reimbursements (KM’s) + Employee Discounts
- The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income! We’ll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost! (valued at approx. $3650)

You’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
With no two days ever the same, you’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes supporting with activities that include:
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
What makes a difference for us?
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
- Basic experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
