About the role:
We are currently hiring passionate and caring CAREGivers to join our Home Instead family on a casual or permanent part time basis! As a CAREGiver you will be part of a growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
This role will allow CAREGivers to work flexible hours that enable you to work during the day, evening, or weekends while making a difference through providing compassionate home care and supporting individuals to live independently at home. We are currently seeking CAREGivers ideally available in the morning from 7am onwards with the occassional evening, overnight or weekend shift.
At our Mid North Coast offices, we service areas from such as Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Nambucca Heads, Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Taree and Tuncurry. Enthusiastic and compassionate CAREGivers are the key to our success, with no prior experience or qualifications necessary.

About you:
- Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services or equivalent experience or qualification.
- Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
- Must be located and willing to travel up to 40 minutes within your local area
- Must have a smart phone to be able to navigate through various applications.
- Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
Casual
Minimum availability:
- Mon-Wed
- Wed-Fri
- Occassional Weekends or overnight shifts available
Permanent
Minimum availability:
- 20 hours per week
- 4 days per week including Monday or Friday, 7am-5pm
