About the role
- You’ll provide a high level of customer service within our Personal Finance department
- Complete all transactions in line with compliant practices (Regulative, legislative and operational)
- Use your Personal Finance knowledge to assist customers in finding personal finance solutions
- Proactively promote Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate new business
- Liaise with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism & diligence; and
- Work towards achieving individual and store targets.
- You will understand the sales process and be passionate about meeting targets
- Be able to build great relationships and encourage repeat business with our loyal customer base
- Ideally you will have a basic understanding of the personal finance industry and its principals
- Be interested in Technology and have basic Microsoft suite skills; and
- Have previous experience in a customer service role.
