Previous Personal Finance experience not requires. Customer service, attention to detail and computer skills highly regarded.
About the role
The key focus in the role is to provide an excellent customer experience whilst providing personal finance solutions on a full-time basis. A typical day will include:
- Engaging with customers through demonstrating respect and empathy to build trust.
- Complying with responsible lending guidelines and procedures ensuring loans are in line with policy and legislative requirements.
- Proactively promoting Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate new business.
- Answering any questions about Personal Finance, maintaining an open and honest approach.
- Working towards achieving targets, both individually and as a store.
