The successful applicant will be required to:

1. Coach 60min small group sessions in the structure provided

2. Provide exercise demonstrations of the upcoming movements

3. Coach the members on the technique adjustments that are required for safe and proper form

4. Maintain good energy for 3+ hour shifts

5. Welcome new members and ensure they have an incredible experience at a high standard

Minimum requirements:

1. Fitaid

2. Practice what you preach

3. High personal standards

4. Relevant certifications

Desired requirements:

1. Degree or working towards one in exercise science or similar

2. Highly competent with a strength training

Remuneration:

- $40-70 p/h + super

- Profit share available for the right person
