Position Overview:
Deejayz Gym is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team on a contractor basis. As a Personal Trainer at Deejayz Gym, you will have the opportunity to build your client base, set your own hours, and enjoy the flexibility of working in a dynamic fitness environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, focusing on individualized fitness plans and goal setting.
• Lead group fitness classes as needed, providing engaging and effective workouts for participants.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to gym policies and procedures.
• Continuously strive to exceed client expectations, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
• Certified Personal Trainer with a valid ABN (Australian Business Number).
• Proven experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Alignment with the company culture and values of Deejayz Gym.
