- Member engagement
- Increase visitation of our current member base to help them achieve their goals
- Personal Training and Classes
- Member feedback communication
- Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club.
- Member retention calls
- Handling and overcoming cancellation requests
- OH&S compliance - ensuring adherence to safety requirements in training, and following Club rules / etiquette.
- Brand Ambassador for challenges, events, open days and other important sales events.
