Haven is a special body-positive, empowering, LGBTQ-friendly fitness & yoga community for women, non-binary & trans-masc folk, (free of ‘gym-bros!) fitness studio, right in the heart of Sydney’s Inner West!
We are growing and are looking for some awesome people to become part of our Personal Training team.
We are especially keen to represent diversity in our team, so 'non-traditional fitness bodies', different sizes, ages, genders, and colours are warmly welcomed!
Our membership community is full of lovely women, non-binary folk, gender-Diverse folk & trans-masculine folk, and we are seeking team members who fit with this so they're relatable for our members. As well as being excellent in their work, our team members are warm, approachable, non-competitive, positive and upbeat. We're looking for the right fit for our community both professionally and culturally.
About our ideal Personal Trainer/s:
- Is warm & approachable, and enthusiastic and passionate about movement!
- Aligns with our values - no judgements, no body shaming, zero diet culture!
- Is experienced with Diverse folk and values body diversity (size, age, gender & ability)
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to community, client & studio success
About Us:
We work from a HAES-aligned and trauma-aware approach. Our fully equipped studio offers a wonderful team and client base. The studio is fully stocked with team snacks & drinks at all times, with a generous gym floor, a mezzanine private yoga studio and a chillout lounge housed in a beautiful big warehouse.

What we offer:
