The position is PERMANENT FULL-TIME and a true HYBRID role that offers the flexibility to work from home and at one of our Pet Hotels conveniently located near your residence in Sydney. As a Pet Transport Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on selling our pet transport services, including air transport, combined with our integrated pet hotel and local road transport services. We provide comprehensive solutions that prioritise the health and well-being of our clients' beloved pets to make their travel the most enjoyable and stress freein Australia.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Lead Management: Take full ownership of the sales leads, employing strategic approaches to nurture and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- High Engagement Tactics: Utilise effective communication and engagement strategies by phone and email to connect with passionate pet owners. Tailor your approach to resonate with their specific interests and needs.
- Trust Building: Establish and cultivate trust throughout the sales process. Transparency, honesty, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are fundamental to our Sales Consultants' success.
- Results-Driven: Our Sales Consultants are driven by results. They set ambitious goals, monitor performance metrics, and continually seek opportunities for improvement.

- Autonomous Leadership: Empowered with full autonomy, our Pet Transport Sales Consultantstake charge of managing their sales pipeline. This independence fosters creativity, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Engagement and Trust Building: Building lasting relationships is at the core of what our Sales Consultants do. They excel in creating high engagement and trust, particularly with our clients who share a passion for beloved pets.

- Pet Transport Sales Experience (highly desirable): Adept in managing a seamless end to end sales experience for the customer.
Must be able to work in the lead up to, and during, peak periods including school holidays and rostered weekends.
