This retail store is a fast paced retailer and would love someone who has delivered exceptional customer service wihtin a Cafe, QSR or Fast Retail environment.You will be joining a region of energetic team members so you will have a hands on approach and a can do attitude towards your team leading them to achieve their targets.Skills and experiences required:
- Proven track record as a dynamic leader with commercial awareness who will look for every opportunity to increase sales and grow the business.
- Ability to drive a culture that emphasises team work and encouragement.
- Full P&L accountability & achieving results.
- Mentor and develop your team to meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators and drive the team to achieve service excellence.
- Ability to deliver stock process and high stock file integrity to ensure availability and minimize loss.
