Pharmacist

Priceline Pharmacy in Bundaberg are currently offering the opportunity for a Pharmacist to join their team on a full time basis working a Tuesday to Saturday roster. 

They are a busy pharmacy and operate under a forward pharmacy workflow. You will be supported by experienced leadership team, Retail Manager, dispensary team and trained Pharmacy Assistants. 

About You:

This position requires:

• Current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA (no conditions)
• Experience using FRED Dispensary software
• Good working knowledge of the PBS system
• Full working rights in Australia
• An Injection Certificate would be beneficial
• You love working in a team, and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care
• You are engaged, flexible, responsive – and you like working with others just like you

About the role

The successful applicant will have responsibilities for (but not limited to):

• Dispensing and preparing medication requests
• Educating staff and counselling patients on best use of medications
• Participating in professional services and health promotion campaigns such as Diabetes and Pain, MedsChecks and Vaccination services etc
• Supporting and providing direction to Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants as required
• Inventory management and processing of orders.
