Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a pharmacist. The Pharmacist will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as compounding medication, providing professional advice to patients, ensuring timely access to medications, and maintaining a high level of service. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals and patients to tailor and customize medications, ensuring the best individual fit for each patient's needs.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of pharmacy and patient centered care
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work effectively in a team
· Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
· Customer service-oriented approach
· Pharmacy degree and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
