Pharmacist

About the Role:

We are seeking a fixed term full-time Pharmacist to start as soon as possible to November 2024 to join a busy pharmacy in Northern Tasmania. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team to provide excellent professional services to the community. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic pharmacist to get involved in a customer-centred pharmacy business that provides a range of health care solution to the local community. Some of the services offered include diabetes management, hearing checks, blood pressure services, medication reviews, weight loss and management support, testing and screening services and natural health.

About the Location:

This pharmacy is located in Northern Tasmania, approximately 63km north-east of Launceston and has a rich agricultural and forestry history. Surrounded by green fields and blue mountains, its fertile soil and mild climate are ideal for farming. Hops were once an important crop, however over the last few years many large hop farms have been sold or turned into dairy farms and eucalypt and pine plantations. This town is accessible by car.

The Offer:

A very attractive remuneration package with free accommodation on offer for the right candidate depending on experience. This pharmacy trades 6 days Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm and Sat 9am-12pm. You will be working 5 or 4.5 days 38 hours per week. Alternate Saturday with another pharmacist.
