Chemist Discount Centre Moe is currently seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join and lead our customer focused and passionate team.

Pharmacy Background:

This picturesque town is about a 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD and is located in the Latrobe Valley, in central Gippsland east of Victoria. The team are all about providing a holistic health solution and being a support to the local community.  

This community focused Pharmacy is part of the Prime Pharmacy Group of stores who have 21 stores Nationally. This established Pharmacy has a strong customer base by focusing on building customer relationships and offering great service, advice all at the right price. 

The Role: 

You will be responsible to lead, manage and mentor this great team and be the face of the pharmacy providing a high level of care to our valued customers and local health professionals. 

Your previous success in motivating and leading a team to produce results whilst providing outstanding customer service, will be recognized and rewarded.

Duties:

• Forward dispensing of approximately 200 scripts per day 
• Counsel patients
• Webster packs
• Manage the day to day running of the dispensary and front of shop
• Promote and offer other health related services
• Work to team, company and individual goals 
• Build relationships with other health professionals in the area
• Adhere to all QCPP requirements along with the following the stores Policies and procedures

Experience Required:

We seek an enthusiastic and passionate Pharmacist in Charge to step into this role with drive, passion and a vision to grow the Pharmacie's services, script numbers and overall business. Your love for community pharmacy will enable you to help continue to build this business, whilst building strong working relationships with the customers, the community and the team.

• Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration 
• Membership with a Professional Indemnity Insurance provider

Benefits: 

• Salary negotiable on experience.
• Bonus Scheme (dependent on KPIs achieved) maximum 10% of salary excluding super, allowances other benefits are payable after 12 months of employment.
