As a Pharmacy Assistant you are required to provide optimal customer service in a friendly atmosphere, ensuring that your customers' needs are identified and met. You will promote the Pharmacy as a professional centre for advice, assistance, and information in the areas of health and well-being.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Cash handling and POS processing
- Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the pharmacy
- Stock replenishment
- Closely follow pharmacy policies and procedures
- General pharmacy duties and customer service as required
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in a Pharmacy or Retail environment desirable
- S2/S3 qualifications are essential or be willing to undertake
- Passion about delivering exceptional customer service
- Be able to build on existing and create new customer relations
- Be interested in learning, professional development and upskilling on an ongoing basis
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude & reliable
