TheArt Gallery of South Australia (AGSA) was founded in 1881 and itsmission is to serve the South Australian and wider communities byproviding access to original works of art of the highest quality.AGSA presents a dynamic program of temporary exhibitions, focusexhibitions of international and Australian art and three flagshipofferings that include the Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art,Tarnanthi Festival of Contemporary Aboriginal and Torres StraitIslander Art and the Ramsay Art Prize. The AGSA collectioncomprises almost 47,000 works of art spanning 2000 years andincludes paintings, sculpture, prints and drawings, photographs andvideos, textiles and clothing, ceramics, glass, metalwork,jewellery and furniture. Role Details
Working under the broad direction of the Head of Philanthropyand Development, the Philanthropy Manager is accountable for theeffective strategic planning, management, promotion, operation anddelivery of the Art Gallery of South Australia Foundation,philanthropy, bequest and private giving programs.
Special Conditions
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Frequent out of hours and/or evening work is required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.

Salary Range
$97,022 - $102,626 p.a.
