The Infusion Centre is a Treatment Clinic located within an established Medical Centre based in Woolloongabba. We are passionate about working with patients and their partners struggling with infertility, and pride ourselves in delivering treatments which assist couples in their journey to create or grow their family. We work closely with a number of IVF Specialists under the care of Dr Nick Lolatgis, a renowned Fertility Specialist based in Melbourne. Our aim is to expand the reach of adjuvant medical treatments to patients across Australia.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in pathology collection
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, patients and other stakeholders both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
Tasks & responsibilities
- Collection of blood samples from patients
- Attend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct
- Attending to the care, storage and processing of pathology specimens
- Packing of specimens for interstate cold shipping
