We are searching for an eager phone-based Enquiry Consultant to be on the frontline of our leading landlord insurance business. If you are the sort of person who makes people feel at ease when talking to them – this is the role for you!

As EBM RentCover’s newest Enquiry Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of being recognised and respected as the industry’s best. How will you do this? Well, you will be the voice of our business and the first port-of-call for many landlords and property managers in need. Ultimately, you will play an important role on the phones to deliver outstanding care, consideration, and assistance to clients.

A snapshot of some of your responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to client enquiries on the spot (we will provide you with all the information you need to adequately respond to client questions).
  • If the enquiry needs processing (e.g. they want to take out cover)… you will be required to relay the enquiry to the correct team member for action.
  • Educating clients about what is and isn’t covered in EBM RentCover policies (we can help you get across this!).

Please note, this role is primarily based on the phone. You will not be required to handle or manage email enquiries and will not need to undertake any processing work – it is all about customer service, customer service... oh, and did we mention… customer service!

Sounds good! What skills do I need?

To be honest, we are not looking for any specific experience. You don’t need to have a resume which lists thousands of different past jobs. All we ask is that you are passionate about delivering top-quality service to clients. And, an authentic, calm and genuine phone manner will be looked upon fondly!
