Photographer / Events Officer

We are an equal opportunity, child safe, independent Foundation-12 College based in Melbourne's outer west.  We are currently seeking a qualified photographer / Events Officer to join our College's Team.

The role requires practical knowledge & experience in the following key areas:        

• Developing and implementing advertising campaigns to promote the College using various platforms.
• Managing the College brand.
• Organising events as required
• Photographing events
• Promoting internal events such as, competitions, subject weeks, excursions/incursions/camps etc.
• Promoting the College in a professional manner
• Researching the local area for prospective enrolments
• Developing relationships with current stakeholders encouraging positive feedback on social media.
• Promoting the College ethos and values
• Must have excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and have great attention to detail

Being health & safety proactive & ensuring safety in all works & support provided is a must.

The successful applicant will have excellent people skills dealing with Staff, students and the wider community, professional and able to work independently as well as in a team. Communication skills are a must as well as possessing the determination & initiative to achieve outstanding customer results, flexibility & understanding of the school-based environment, the ability to problem solve and be self motivated & resourceful.
