Community Based Rehab Team Is a private practice and community based health service in Alice Springs (Head office) and Tennant Creek. The term “CBR” was an original framework proposed by the WHO to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families and ensure their participation and inclusion in the community. This framework is at the heart of our core values, which is to deliver a ‘big picture approach’ to health care services and most importantly advocate for the health needs of members of the community.
We have been NDIS providers since 2018 and have extensive experience within the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.
CBR TEAM is a community based service offering both clinic/home appointments in Alice Springs (Head office) and Tennant Creek. We are a team of physiotherapists and Physiotherapy assistants who love what we do and are looking for our next team member.
Who we are looking for?
Excellent opportunities for a physiotherapist to join our community based mobile and Clinic service in Tennant Creek. New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are both welcome to apply.
Your role in Tennant Creek will involve:
- Providing high quality evidence based physiotherapy to help clients achieve their goals.
- Weekly mentorship and education provided with Senior physiotherapist for new graduate physiotherapist. We have a new graduate program available to provide support.
- Be able to work independently.
- A pathway to career progressions and roles.
- Fuel allowance
- Professional development (CPD) allowance such as external courses to expand your skill set.
- Salary package based on experience.
- Must be AHPRA Registered.
