About Us
Located on Charman Road in Cheltenham village, Evado Studios is a large & modern boutique studio providing physiotherapy, clinical exercise, reformer Pilates and group fitness classes.
We specialise in rehabilitation and encourage our Physiotherapists to use an exercise-based approach to produce the best long-term results for our clients. Our open plan studio holds a fully equipped gym and Pilates studio which allows our staff to apply their Physiotherapy knowledge, up-to-date clinical evidence and the latest strength and conditioning principles for the best clinical outcomes.
The mission of Evado Studios is to “give people the belief and confidence they can take their health to the next level”. This is best summarised by our name ‘Evado’- Latin for ascend, climb, progress. We are passionate about our patients’ achieving goals beyond what they thought possible.
Our Target.Perform.Achieve pathway assists our Physiotherapists in achieving desired patient outcomes. This is done by establishing a patient’s baseline and outlining the ‘work’ required to achieve the goals they wish.
Our workplace is dynamic and fun. We have the very latest and best in clinical and commercial strength and conditioning equipment. Our Physiotherapists enjoy working together and rehabilitating their patients in an open space. Gone are the days of pokey rooms and shoe-box clinical gyms.
The opportunity
Evado Studios is offering an opportunity for Physiotherapists in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne to join our growing Cheltenham studio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate Physiotherapist looking to join our fast-growing dynamic team on a full-time basis.
We are a fast-growing clinic looking to continue providing high quality care to clients in the Bayside, Kingston and south-eastern area of Melbourne. We have a strong network of referrers including local GPs and orthopaedic surgeons. We will be working with local sporting teams in 2024.
As a recently graduated Physiotherapist, you will be inducted and mentored on a weekly basis over the course of twelve months. One of the benefits of joining a large, multi-clinic group is the highly co-ordinated clinical development programs we run on a scheduled basis. This includes presentations by industry recognised speakers as well as free access to online clinical education sites. We understand the importance of clinical support and professional development during your first year of private practice. By joining the Cheltenham team, you will also work alongside Senior and APA Titled Physiotherapists which will provide opportunity to shadow and co-manage challenging patients.
In addition to working in a Physiotherapy team with a wealth of knowledge, you will also work alongside our Exercise Scientists who are responsible for running our fitness programs. This provides your patients the opportunity to progress through our various clinical and fitness streams depending on their needs and clinical recommendation, providing a pathway to recovery, and ensuring compliance under your supervision.
This position involves both clinical consulting and the delivery of small group clinical exercise classes.
A set weekly roster will include a mixture of morning and evening sessions. This offers you flexibility in your week and accommodates any personal extra-curricular commitments. Full time and part time options available.
