As a Community Physiotherapist at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel throughout the Darling Downs region, preferably based in or around the Toowoomba area, QLD - with a willingness to travel to Ipswich some weeks.
Your Role:
- Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services
- Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Lead group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes, fostering strength, balance, and wellness in the community.
- Assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals.
- Ensuring efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Salary and benefits:
- Salary banding between $65,430 - $97,305 plus super.
- Salary packaging, up to $15,899 tax-free annually.
- Meal and Entertainment Card, up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income per.
- KM reimbursement 96c per km.
- Smart phone and laptop supplied.
- Role specific equipment supplied.
- Supported by a full rostering and admin team to book appointments, manage your calendar and negotiate client funding.
