Physiotherapist

An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our experienced, friendly, and passionate multidisciplinary team at MCPhysio. Located in the picturesque city of Ballarat since 2001, MCPhysio manages a varied range of musculoskeletal outpatients from a broad range of pursuits.

With a caseload including post-op rehabilitation, sports injuries, work injuries and general Physio care, this role will suit a practitioner who is looking to develop or progress their skills. With the added range of established programs for Hydrotherapy, in-rooms and gym rehab and Sports services, there is the opportunity to offer a varied breadth of care.

The successful applicant will work with a supportive team including Senior and graduate Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Remedial Massage Therapists, in a setting that encourages regular and ongoing communication. Encouragement and support will be given to continuing professional development within the practice, amongst other local Sports Medicine practitioners and via external coursework.

The successful applicant will have an approach to patient care that incorporates the keys of strong communication / education focus, manual therapy skills and exercise / rehabilitation strategies. You will have a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration, WWC, Police Check and Indemnity Insurance. You should have an ability to work independently while embracing a team approach to patient care. 

Excellent remuneration will be based on experience and abilities to complete the range of tasks within the role and is structured around a base salary and percentage. Flexible hours are available with a preference of a minimum of 20 hours / week.
