The Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Casino, NSW. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and must be registered with AHPRA. As a key member of our allied health team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals across a diverse range of settings, including clinics, residential aged care facilities, and community-based programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on achieving optimal functional outcomes.
- · Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evidence-based practice principles.
- · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and exercise physiologists, to provide holistic care to clients.
- · Engage with clients, families, carers, and other stakeholders to empower them in managing their health and well-being.
- · Participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- · Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a clinical setting.
- · Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- · A passion for serving regional communities and making a positive difference in people's lives.
Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
