Our vision is to build community-based healthcare and help people who come across the darkness. Our team promises to provide the best practice to assist everyone through their tough times and work together to become the best version of ourselves. Our community-based services included Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Home Care Packages participants. The therapists from our team can deliver services in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. We all have different expertise and work as a close team to ensure maximising client's functional outcomes.

Qualifications & experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in related field (Bachelor or Master degree of Occupational therapy or Physiotherapy)
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin Speaker
- Minimum 1-3 years experience of community work
Tasks & responsibilities
- As an Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist, you will join a multi-disciplinary team providing evidence-based services to clients through multiple service delivery models including but not limited to; Telehealth and community visits. Referrals may come from NDIS, Home care package, or privately.
