About the Role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist in our team, you will:
- Build close ties with sports physicians, including an AFL team doctor
- Manage a diverse caseload covering musculoskeletal (MSK) sports injuries, neuro, NDIS, work cover, and private cases
- Conduct Pilates classes and gym sessions in the modern facilities offered
- Collaborate with clinical leads and specialists to enhance your skills and contribute to the ongoing success of our clinics
- Enjoy flexible work hours, limited travel, and a supportive work environment that values your expertise and growth

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a senior physiotherapist with a specialisation in MSK
- A genuine passion for sports physio
- Previous supervision and management experience is advantageous
- Flexibility To Work across multiple sites with occasional home visits
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our positive team culture
- Strong communication skills and the ability To Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams
