Physiotherapist | Tailored Caseload

A unique opportunity is open for a Physiotherapist to join a well-established company with a highly experienced and multidisciplinary team - with the option to tailor your working environments and caseload! Work alongside a director who carries 25 years of experience working as an OT and supporting a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals for over 10 years. 

The company has been expanding across Australia, with multiple locations and Nearly 140 staff across the locations - this is a remarkable opportunity to join a large community of Allied Health professionals and social workers! 

Full-time and part-time options are available. Locations are available across Perth, please give me a call to discuss which clinic is closest to you! 

The Role

• A large multidisciplinary team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, physios, social workers etc. 
• Managerial opportunities - option to progress to this level or if you are already a senior physiotherapist you have the option to start at this level! 
• Across the lifespan caseloads - tailor your caseload to your passions, interests and strengths, NDIS clients and non-NDIS clients also 
• Billable hours of 5.5 however, this is very flexible and can be negotiated depending on your experience and needs 
• Clinic and out-of-clinic work and travel is an option but it is not compulsory
• You have the option to travel - you choose how much you travel as well with the option to fly in/out drive in/out

How you will be supported 

• Structured new grad program available 
• Weekly/fortnightly catch-ups with a senior Physiotherapist 
• Monthly whole team meetings 
• Individualised and tailored support system 
• Shadowing available 

Additional Benefits

• Earn between $70,000 - $85,000 + Super + Bonuses

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
