We provide Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Dietetic services.We have strong affiliations with local doctors and specialists and an active working relationship with local industries, including on-site occupational work.We are renowned for high standards of Physiotherapy, good assessment skills, hands-on treatments, and a strong focus on exercise and empowering the patient to self-manage.With clinics in Castlemaine, Maryborough and Bendigo, we are looking to add to our growing team.THE ROLE - FULL-TIME PHYSIOTHERAPISTLocation - The role would involve work at our clinics in Maryborough and Castlemaine.Client Types - Broad mix of general musculoskeletal, sports, spinal and post-surgical rehabilitation. BPPV and Vertigo for suitably qualified physiotherapists. Servicing private patients, EPC, Work cover, TAC and NDIS in a private practice setting.The position would involve a majority of private practice work, with some on-site occupational work.3-5 days per week, negotiable hours, build a role that fits your life.Established client load ready to take over.Who we are looking for:We are looking for experienced physiotherapists or new graduates who are passionate about providing exceptional evidence-based practice, with a positive attitude towards treating conditions across all ages and leaving a lasting impression on clients.You will have;Current or pending AHPRA registration and liability/indemnity insurance.The ability to work independently and in a team environment.Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills.A positive attitude with a commitment to professional growth.Current Driver's License and own transport.What we provide:Contributions to external professional development.In house training sessions from senior physiotherapists and external providers.Mentoring and 1 on 1 coaching and support from senior physiotherapists.Working with APA titled physiotherapists.An open, friendly and supportive work culture.Good work-life balance and allowances for admin/paperwork in work hours.Career progression opportunities, grow with the company.New graduates encouraged to apply, in house graduate training program and support.Remuneration:Negotiable based on experience.Base rate plus achievable bonus structure OR commission-based sub-contractor.
