The role:
Join the team using your skills and experience to provide care that will maintain and improve the mobility of the residents. Using development programs through exercise, massage and aromatherapy, you will introduce techniques to manage pain for the comfort and well-being of the resident.
Located 10 minutes from Canberra CBD, Warrigal Hughes is home to 176 residents within five single level neighbourhoods surrounded by tranquil gardens. The residents feel supported and connected living with a family friendly team environment.
To be successful you will need:
A Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or similar)
Demonstrated ability to implement innovative programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience providing outstanding customer service
Ability to motivate others through communication and activities
Onboarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care. Our program is conducted weekly.
