We are looking for a friendly, caring and enthusiastic person to join our small team at Perth Hills Physiotherapy in Mundaring.
The role is a casual position with the possibility of becoming part-time. We are hoping to employ a person local to the area, who has some flexibility in their schedule.
The current role requires availability for 3-4 shifts per week (Mon + Wed - Fri) of approximately 4 hours. One of our existing staff members is moving on after completing further study and we expect to need a replacement in the next 1-2 months. Training will start immediately if possible.
Training will consist of 10-12 hours across 2-3 shifts.
The successful candidate will:
Be efficient, able to multitask and function with a clear head under pressure.
Show excellent communication skills in this client facing role, with the ability to politely resolve customer service issues.
Have excellent computer skills with the ability to problem solve issues independently or with IT support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and the capacity to quickly learn the use of new of software (our practice management is run through PracSuite)
Show initiative and have an eye for detail.
Experience in medical reception is advantageous but not essential.
Your role will include:
- Answering phone, scheduling appointments, triaging clients
- Processing payments and invoices
- Scanning, filing and uploading information to database (we are predominantly paperless)
- Making phone calls to organise patient paperwork
- Writing emails and sending reports
- General tidying and basic cleaning duties
- Support physiotherapists as required
