- Identifying different meat products and cuts of meat and picking against an order slip
- Weighing, labelling, packing and machine strapping
- Must be okay with working in large cool room environment.
- Working in a just-in-time environment
- Physically fit to lift meat products up to 20kg.
- Physically fit to perform a manual role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational and time management skills
