Piling rig operator

Edens Excavations and Piling Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Piling Rig Operator to join our team as well as several rig offsiders. With the addition of another rig to the fleet and numerous projects locked in for 2024. Company vehicle and fuel card for the successful candidate (operators only). 

Duties:

• Work as part of a Piling/Ground crew (including CFA)
• Assist with setting up of Piling Rigs & Machinery 
• Operation of Piling Rigs and CFA Piling rigs from a minimum 18t to 45t
• Basic machine maintenance
• Assisting other members of the Piling crew
• Attention to detail and must be able to maintain all records eg. piling logs and maintenance prestart checklist. 
• Must be a team player and willing to help train ground crew
• Reporting to Operations Manager

To be successful you will have:

• Experience operating Piling Rigs (both standard Kelly and CFA Piling rigs)
• Experience in Bored Piers & Rock Drilling
• Be capable to support Piling Rig in Excavator
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with all key members of the team
• Construction Industry white card
• Full working rights for Australia
• Dogman, Riggers ticket (desirable) but not essential
