Job description

Food and dining is nothing without great service - and we have new Front of House opportunities for an experienced Section Waiter

THE ROLE 

We are seeking Front of House professionals with over 18months experience and who are positive, enthusiastic and care about food, wine and hospitality.  

The ideal candidate has the ability and confidence to manage a section and someone with good wine and drinks knowledge is highly preferred.   

This casual role will start at approx 15+hrs a week, with additional hours possible in the future.    It will require working nights and weekends (we open Thursdays to Mondays) and we can also offer tailored training based on your experience and background. 

We are looking for an immediate Feb/March start, and successful applicants will be contacted promptly for an interview.

Pipit Restaurant is small fine-dining restaurant in Pottsville, Northern NSW. Our menu is focused on sustainable seafood, wood-fired cooking, local produce and with all-Australian wines/drinks list.

We pride ourselves on being a small family business and a team of supportive, friendly and creative people.  

Our management team brings together experience from award-winning restaurants locally and nationally.   We were awarded 2 hats, and Regional Restaurant of the Year in 2022 Good Food Guide.
