The opportunity now exists for a highly experienced Pizza Chef to join our team.
Our pizza dough is made using a 2-3 day fermentation process using Italian '00' flour ( the traditional way) and quality ingredients flow throughout our kitchen. We are very passionate about how we do things in our kitchen and we use quality sustainable local produce where possible.
