A 12-month contract opportunity for a Planning Approvals Administrator working at a well-regarded organisation

Your new company 

Ideally located in Southern Sydney, with good travel links to Sydney CBD and outer suburbs, this Commercial Authority is focused on a range of mixed infrastructure and third-party applications. They have a strong project pipeline coming up and a fantastic work culture. 

Your new role 

With ongoing expansion occurring within the area, this organisation is looking for a switched-on Planning Approvals Administrator to assist with an increasing number of development applications. From the offset, you will be exposed to a range of excellent projects allowing you to grow your portfolio of skills. You will be a key member of the team helping to process applications precisely and within designated timeframes.   

What you'll need to succeed 

You will have previous experience of Statutory Planning/Development Assessment within a NSW Government Authority, as well as a tertiary qualification in Planning or related field. A positive can-do attitude is key, as well as being hardworking and possessing core time management skills is essential.
